Hello Minnie Cooper!
We have a new member to report! This little angel was found in a drainage ditch and is only a few months old. She's been checked out by the vet and is in good health, with the exception of parasites, which is normal for strays in the area. She is now at the sanctuary and receiving medication for the parasites, as well as food, water and lots of love. Andy's Club members Catherine Crabtree & Morgan Sabia have give her a name: Minnie Cooper!
Both Apollo (Adam Sanchez) and Traficante have gained weight, & their blood work had improved significantly
They no longer have Erlichia and Apollo's tumors have been shrinking! Apollo y Traficante are receiving all antiviral, immune boosters. The mushroom complex just started to be added since the weekend and the L-Lysin started on Monday. They get echinacea 5 days and 3 days off, also Dandelion, Olive leaf, Cats claw, Digestive enzymes, Probiotics , L-Lysin, Homeopathic pellets (phosphorus 30C), Coconut oil 1 Tbs daily, C-Cap, & Curcumin.
At the behest of Yvonne Shortt, we have been attempting to rescue "Buddy," a stray roaming near Playa Blanca. He has been spotted several times and appears to be in good health, but we have yet to catch him. We're still trying and hope to have him in the fold soon.
In other news, we're still trying to get the live feed up and running, so everyone can view the dogs 24/7. Also, still finishing up the last updates to the new website and hope to launch that very soon.
As always, we appreciate the support! Any donations are appreciated, no matter the size.
